Keynote speaker, Helen Lowery, could easily have been a victim of the abortion industry. Born to a 13-year-old mom living in poverty, many would say situations like hers justify abortion. Instead, Helen’s life destroys the fallacy that an impoverished child is a burden to society and unworthy of protection.
Despite numerous obstacles, Helen became the first in her family to graduate from college, ultimately earning a Master of Business Administration from Niagara University, Lewiston, NY.
During her successful 42-year career at DuPont/Chemours Company, she worked internationally and earned numerous performance awards. In 2017, she became the second female and first African American to preside over the Fire Suppression Systems Association, a global trade association.
Helen is also an ordained minister and travels extensively, teaching and ministering at churches, conferences, and prisons. Together with her husband, Jeffrey, she is part of Judge Wayne Mack’s Chaplaincy Program. As a community leader, she has served on various non-profit boards. Helen and Jeffrey are the founders of Living Truth Ministries, which equips the body of Christ in maturity, teaching Biblical principles that build strong individuals, families, and marriages.
Helen and Jeffrey have been married for 38 years and are blessed with four beautiful children. Their greatest joy is seeing their children love and serve Jesus Christ.
Helen is an example of a woman who has done it all despite the odds stacked against her!
Master of Ceremonies, Judge Wayne Mack, has been an integral part of our community since moving to Montgomery County in 1985. His public service goes far beyond his role as Precinct County 1 Justice of the Peace.
Judge Mack has served as a board member for many non-profit organizations and helped raise hundreds of thousands of dollars for life-saving non-profits in the areas of the sanctity of life, human trafficking and suicide prevention.
