LifeFirst invites you to the Fall 40 Days for Life Kickoff Rally! Join us in person Saturday, September 18, from 10:15-11:00 am. We will meet on the grassy esplanade outside Planned Parenthood-Spring at 4747 Louetta. The fall 40 Days for Life vigil runs from September 22 to October 31.
Myah Abraham, teen founder of GreatLife Teens, will be our featured speaker. Although Myah just graduated from high school in May, she has already established a national impact and is mentoring teens in Ireland, Puerto Rico, and Australia.
Myah has participated in LifeFirst’s Oratory Contest and Video Contest and was our 2020 Video Contest first place winner! We are excited to partner with Myah and GreatLife Teens as we watch her passion for the unborn grow and her vision expand.
We are also honored to have Dr. Roche Coleman, pastor of Impact Church of the Woodlands. Dr. Coleman is a powerful voice in our community. Through a series called Choose Life, Dr. Coleman has brought together pro-life leaders to participate in panel discussions on critical issues in the pro-life movement.
Following some worship songs, group prayer, and Myah’s remarks, attendees are encouraged to spend time in individual prayer. 40 Days for Life yard signs and the new 40 Days for Life book, What to Say When: The complete new guide to discussing abortion, etc will be available.
In-person registration is not required to attend the kickoff, but does help us to know the quantity of materials we should bring and how to prepare logistically for the event.
