There is no better month to gather and pray for the unborn and their families than the month of love!! 40 Days for Life is kicking off the springtime campaign on the very day of love, as it runs from February 14th to March 24th. We would like to invite you to help us kickoff the Spring vigil on Saturday, February 17th from 10:30-11:30 AM at The Woodlands Bible Church (995 Pinyon Pine Dr, The Woodlands, TX 77381).
You will have the privilege of hearing from our guest speaker, Tracy Ramos. I am sure you are all aware of the recent Cox v. Texas court case that occurred at the end of last year – where a mother sued the state of Texas to allow her to abort her baby diagnosed with Trisomy 18. Tracy and her husband also had a baby diagnosed with Trisomy 18, but they chose life and have never looked back. They are truly an inspiration to all families struggling with such a difficult and painful medical diagnosis.
The kickoff is also a great time to get your yard signs and vigil signs. In addition, there are also many resources including educational material, devotionals and books to read. Feel free to go to the 40 Days for Life Spring vigil site and download this year’s resources and flyers to share with your family and friends, your church, and any other community programs you are a part of. You are also welcome to begin signing up for your vigil spot on the calendar. We look forward to seeing you there!
