Fine Art Contest

The LifeFirst Fine Art competition consists of two divisions, Junior High and Senior High. The contest promotes the celebration and dignity of life as students create an original piece of artwork that depicts their interpretation of this year’s theme:  When does human life begin?

Public, private, and homeschooled students residing in Texas are eligible to compete.  Grades 6 – 8 may participate in the Junior High division. Students in grades 9 -12 compete in the Senior High division.  Submit questions to fineartcontest@lifefirst.org

LifeFirst also funds classroom parties for schools, youth groups and sunday school classes who participate as a class project.

How to Enter

To enter the contest, please follow the steps below. We have extended the submission deadline for this contest to March 20.

  • READ THE RULES – Read and adhere to the contest rules by following the Rules link below.
  • REGISTER – Register for the contest by clicking the Registration button below and completing the form.  Please do not enter an email address associated with a student’s school.  Use a personal email address or that of a parent.
  • SUBMIT ARTWORK – When your artwork is complete, create an image of it in .jpg, .png, or .pdf format.  Save it using this protocol: 2023-artwork title.jpg (or.png or .pdf). For example: 2023-Future Promises.jpg. Artwork may be uploaded when completing the registration form or at a later date by logging into your account and editing the contest registration.
